Where am I going to sleep?

Cambridge isn’t the cheapest place to stay, so we’re working at putting together some options. We’ve spoken to two colleges. Murray Edwards, where the reception will be held, has single (en suite) rooms for £75+VAT/night. We may have a small discount on this rate. Trinity Hall has single rooms available at the Wychfield site next to Murray Edwards (£75+VAT/night) and double rooms in the WYNG Gardens location in the middle of town about 10 minutes walk from the venue (£135+VAT/night). We’ll make booking details for these available very soon. The college rooms will likely fill up with conference attendees quickly, so please book well in advance!

Several colleges make rooms available via SpeedyBooker or University Rooms (usually more cheaply via SpeedyBooker). You may find that there are rooms cheaper than the rates that we’ve found, depending on demand. If you’re staying for a little while after the wedding, we’d recommend using one of the central colleges: The venue is only a short walk from the middle of town, but doesn’t have very much of interest surrounding it.

Friends have recommended Your Space Apartments for stays of two nights or more. If you fancy teaming up with other guests to share an apartment, let us know.
